I love MeMD and recommend it to all my friends and family. It’s easy and convenient and there is no time wasted sitting in a doctor’s office. There are some things that require a doctor’s office visit but for things such as UTI’s, allergies and sinus infections, this is my go to place. I’m so happy I discovered them!

By far the best online doctor.. doctors are very knowledgeable and listen to your concerns . I’ve used virtuwell once previously and was not impressed or happy with that service at all. MeMd has simplified my chaotic life, receiving the same care without having to wait at my drs office with my kids when not feeling well

BEWARE USE AT THE RISK OF WASTING TIME AND MONEY. I am a 46 year who suffers from spring allergies, which almost every year turns into Bronchitis. This site was recommended by AFLAC so, I thought I would give it a try. I do not take steroids ever don't want them in my body even after explaining that to the Dr. whom had the worst bedside manner ever, she insisted on a Steroid instead of Antibiotics which I have always been prescribed and has worked very quickly every time. When she called you could hear tons of noise like kids in the background (Very Unprofessional). You would think that I asked for a plan killer the way she acted (FYI I DON'T PUT THOSE IN MY BODY EITER. ) HORRIBLE PROVIDER FURTEMORE HER TRAINNING IS COMPLETLY OUTDATED AS MANY STUDIES INCLUDING THE ONE BELOW STATE THAT STERODIS SHOULD NOT BE GIVEN FOR BROCITIS BECAUSE THEY DONT WORK. Excellent customer service. I mess up and put my husband on a separate plan instead of putting him as family. I called they straightened it out and were very pleasant. Plus, the doctor called us back within 30 minutes on the weekend and was able to call in a prescription. Very easy and professional.
