Fast, a bit awkward (first timer), but saved me a lot of time trying to get in to my regular doctor (who is 20 min away) or the nearby Immediate Care Center that always has a long wait. Not really sure what they can and can't treat like this. I used a Mac computer and the video didn't work so that was a def downside. Doc was good, RX was called in. Satisfied.

I was really happy with the service. I explained my symptoms. Was very thurough with questions and answers. And got some meds and im better.

Very quick and effective. I'd been having a challenging time getting into my local doctor in a timely manner. This was a great resource.
