I went on for a cuticle infection and the doctor was awesome, prescribed me antibiotics and sent them to my pharmacy electronically. It only took 5 min to get taken care of. Worth the money for minor problems.

Very user friendly and responsive. Saved me a long trip to the DR and it was an accurate diagnosis and was healed with same meds if I would have gone into the Dr's office. In addition, it was a weekend and getting a Dr apt would have been impossible. All around great experience.

Renewed Several Prescriptions- I used MeMD to get several prescriptions renewed, ones I've been on for years. It worked just as explained on their website, was hassle free, and I spoke with the doctor 30 minutes after my initial call. The only downside is that they only renew the prescriptions for 3 months, not 6, but they explained that to me right up front. I'm in the midst of changing my PCP so this was a good 'bandaid' until I find a new one.

I was skeptical at first about ordering a prescription online rather than go into a urgent care. But MeMD is a life saver! I placed a order over the weekend. And a doctor called me within 15 minutes. My prescription got to the pharmacy instantly and I didn't have to go wait at the doctors!! Defiantly using them again.

I am very grateful that this service exists. I didn't have to wait more than 15 minutes to speak with the Dr. He was very kind, helpful and efficient. He also gave me some excellent suggestions in addition to the medication he presctibed. I will definitely use MeMD again!!!

The doctor I spoke with was very rude and obnoxious. We spoke for about 2 minutes and she insisted on prescribing a medication I am allergic to, claiming that the one I know works for me will not be effective, which is false as per Pharm-D and drug books. She still would not change the prescription to the medication that works for me even after many calls by the pharmacy. Obviously, the antibiotic that works for me is not good for her pocket because it's so cheap. I don't have time for this nonsense. I'm submitting a request for refund.

It doesn't make sense to go to a doctor's office full of gems these days with something you know doesn't require an exam. I think this is the doctor of the future!
