I was actually traveling when I had to call in. We were downtown and didn't know where a redi-clinic was, so this was a great option. My camera didn't work, but I was able to take pictures and send them to the service. The only downside was that it took a little longer than expected to hear back from a doc...we were running into the risk of not being able to get to the pharmacy. All in all, it worked out, and I really appreciate the service!!

The only issue is that it took almost 24 hours to be connected with a doctor.

I don't think words can express how happy I am with this service. I found them online because I didn't want to wait 2 weeks for a doctors appointment for a minor UTI. I logged in, created an account, paid a small fee and a representative contacted me right away to ask a few quick questions. Approximately 10 minutes later a doctor contacted. I gave her my symptoms, she asked some important questions regarding my health l, and determined that I indeed had a UTI. She prescribed me a prescription straight away. My prescription was ready by the time I got off of work. Just that easy. I will definitely use them again if I have any small medical needs. Great service!

It was great - there was a slight confusion on sending pics of my allergic reactive rash - but once they got them - it went very well.... The Nurse that assisted me was great - she asked me a ton of questions to try and analyze my problem,,,,remember she is only looking at pictures... she did great ... she wrote me a prescription for antibiotics ...I picked them up 1/2 hr later. - this was all on Saturday early afternoon..... by Monday - the irritation of this rash was nothing like before - it looked so much better and by Tuesday - it was pretty much gone... I recommend this service - when you don't or can't get to Urgent care... it's worth the $49

Charged me $50 for no assistance with my daughters bladder infection. Should have just taken her to dr office & saved the $50
