MemberspaceReviews of memberspace.com

Every time we have a question or an issue relating to memberspace, the support is pretty remarkable. Often times within minutes we will have a response and someone taking care of our query... We’ve been with memberspace for several years now and it’s one of the most consistent things we’ve noticed about them — their support is terrific and remarkable in speed.

I have only set up my account and integrated it with our site, but I can already say that I love it. There's no hassle, it's intuitive, and I appreciate being able to get things done unobstructed.

MemberSpace is a very nifty tool for anyone looking to quickly add membership functionality to their website. The customer service is also second-to-none. They reply in minutes and are extremely attentive to their users' needs and challenges.

After about a week of searching through AMS systems that did not fit our organization's need either because it offered too little, too much, or was just confusing, a google search brought me to "Memberspace". It could not have been more simple to use and when a question did come up, the customer service team was amazing and actually providing me a customized video to show me exactly what I needed to do. I have never seen this sort of support before! Our organization is now able to build an AMS system that is exactly what we need with the assurance that we have the support moving forward.

The Memberspace support team has been excellent to work with. They handled my questions quickly and were a dream to collaborate with during my trial period. My site is now live, and I couldn't be happier with the white label membership package!

Switching from a donation-based model to a subscription-based model was a scary shift for me to take. But Memberspace empowered me to add it onto my website myself and it was the best change for my growing online private yoga library! Having a third-party be essentially my manager for me has been SO seamless. One time, I ended up having a problem with my website domain itself - and not knowing what the problem was, I had a super interactive back and forth with support at Memberspace doing everything in their power to help me. Their support team is incredibly responsive and will explain everything in layman's terms for you. I can't believe that as my memberships continue to compile, I only pay Memberspace $25/month to essentially sustain my entire business model. Do NOT hesitate on employing them for a subscription-based platform!!

We have a coaching and mentorship business that we are VERY passionate about and want to provide the best experience possible to our members. Memberspace makes that happen by ensuring our exclusive content is protected. We don't want to deny anyone access to what we teach but access is earned and it has been a huge lifesaver for us being able to use Memberspaces versatile tool. Thank you!

The platform is super easy to implement and customized. I would say that Memberspace is way better than Memberstack! The customer support from Memberspace is out of this world. They are amazing!
