Awesome product for turning your WordPress website into a fully functional membership site! Love the unmetered pricing and ease of use. Probably the best plugin for WordPress available for membership sites. Highly recommend.

Refreshing when a plugin just works without all the headaches associated with most third party plugins. Has been useful in allowing us to create both company directory websites as well as traditional user based websites. Will continue to use on all future websites!

As a teacher and content developer, I wanted a robust CMS platform that would make my products at par with the others running on the internet. When I cam across MemberPress through Google search, I had no doubt that this was the best and for sure I can testify, it was the right solution I was looking for and can recommend to anyone intending to provide the best of the best in terms of service delivery.

I've been using MemberPress for years. I can't speak highly enough of the documentation and support. Whenever I've had a question about implementing features on client websites, there is either a detailed guide in their documentation or their support helps me out. The plugin itself is also very capable. I've tried several other membership plugins and haven't been happy with them. MemberPress has a ton of features and gives you the ability to create full-featured membership sites.

Hey there Matthew, I'm sorry to hear you're frustrated. I can assure you that we take our support seriously and we 100% honor our Money Back Guarantee (within 30 days). So, of course we want to make this right! I went through our support system and found that you were approved for a refund last week. It can take 1-5 business days to process the refund but it looks like the refund was just issued. Just let me know if there's anything else we can help with. Thanks!
