We use MemberPress as the core membership system for our online Pilates platform, and overall it has been a very solid choice. It handles subscriptions, recurring payments, trials, cancellations, member accounts, content protection, and course access in one place. What we value most is its flexibility. We have been able to build custom onboarding, retention flows, progress tracking, and other member experience features around MemberPress without having to replace the core system. The Stripe integration has also been very reliable for us. There are still areas that could improve, especially reporting, debugging, and visibility when third-party integrations have issues. But overall, MemberPress gives us the infrastructure and flexibility we need to run a customized membership business on WordPress.
