Main reason for 5 stars is the packaging was nicely done along with ease of installation. Took about two weeks to get due to the demand of this product. Seems to be very durable as far as the quality of the product. Nicely done Melipron!

You sent me the wrong product, I caught it before it was shipped. Yet they still sent it anyways...just a big waste of gas and people's time!

Great Sefvice and Products

Very well made product. The T Slot on my Retrax bed cover was not wide enough for the T Bolts from Melipron, but some grinding and all went together well.

I wish more companies were as caring as this one is! If any business team deserves to succeed it’s this one!

Timely response to a question I had about product dimensions. Comprehensive kit...I really like that you include self-adhesive pads for the brackets. Good hardware. The whole kit for our roof rack was very well made and well designed. Couldn't be happier with my Melipron purchase.

Shop was easy to use. Express shipping is not really express shipping. Waiting for more than 7 days now.

We sincerely apologize for the delay with our express shipping due to some unforeseen logistical issues. We understand how frustrating this must be, especially when expecting expedited service. Originally, your order was expected to arrive within 5 business days. As a gesture of goodwill, we have fully refunded your express shipping fee. We are taking immediate steps to improve our shipping processes to prevent this from happening again. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
