We’re very sorry for the experience you had with us 🌸 Since we ship from outside the EU, there may sometimes be customs clearance fees—typically around €5–10 for France and Germany. However, we would like to clarify that we already issued a full refund, including the customs fees, as an apology for your experience. We even asked you to keep the mold, hoping it might still be useful to you. It’s disappointing to hear a public comment suggesting otherwise, as we always do our best to support our customers with honesty and care. If there’s anything else we can do to help, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us again at [email protected]

Hi Bene 🌸 We’re truly sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your purchase. At MelbMolds, we take pride in creating high-quality, handmade molds, and it’s upsetting to know that 3 out of the 4 did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your feedback about the keychain molds and the cloud mold – this helps us improve. Regarding the thickness and clarity issues you mentioned, we’ll review the specific designs you received to ensure they meet our quality standards. The medal mold working well is a small silver lining, but we understand that’s not enough. We’d love the chance to make this right. Please reach out to us directly via message or email with your order number, and we’ll do our best to offer a fair solution. Thank you again for your honest review — we’re always working to improve. Warm regards, MelbMolds Team

Thank you for your review! We're glad to hear you're happy with the product. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the customs fees. Recently, we moved our operations, and while we are in the process of restocking our products in a warehouse in Germany, some customers may have to pay customs fees during this transition period. Please send us your order number and the customs fees you paid to our email at [email protected], and we'll be happy to refund any customs fees. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope this issue is resolved to your satisfaction soon!
