Mostly a scam, most things are broken even if they are supposed to be in working conditions, and they won't refund even if you report it right away.

My entire experience with mega savers auction has been extremely unprofessional and disorganized. I received one lot of items most of which I had to throw out because they were broken or missing pieces even though it was indicated when I placed the bid that the item was 3/3. Also many of the items had clearly been used. One lot went missing and I have been trying for 6 months to retrieve it and have been given nothing but a hard time. In March I was showing a picture of the item located in another province and I was willing to go pick it up however the warehouse was closed when I was in town. When I reached out again to see the status of delivery I was then told that a refund was issued to me in December. I asked twice now to see the refund invoice and have been given nothing but the runaround. This company is lacking customer service skills and quality and I would recommend avoiding it at all costs. I had to give one star but it's definitely zero if I could.

Having trouble getting information regarding Uncle Weiners Megs Savers Auction. How many days do you have to pay once you are invoiced? Ended up winning most of my bids, first day user to this site. Costing more than I exspected with the added 18% and $2.50 added to each item.

Store 77L in Ralston. I'm getting on here to say Patsy is the best. She's always informative, helpful & has a smile on her face at all times. She let's you know the deals - like the buy 2 get one free or the deals on buying double to help you save money. She goes above & beyond & our Ralston neighborhood LOVES her!!! One time I was short (which never happens) & she took care of what was owed. I'm there almost daily so when she's there - I love it because she is sincerely the best & good employees always go unnoticed. Thanks Patsy!!! ❤️

First auction went ok, just took a long time for my item to get to pickup site. Since it went ok I bid more, after I was told I had to Etransfer instead of a credit card until we have established a relationship!? First bid was ok but second one we are strangers?! Etransfer was not excepted, so I guess I don’t get my items but not out any money either. Would have liked the stuff I bidded on

I went to the 1 on 77th street and gave the man $50 for gas. He put it in the wrong gas pump. He put 30 on 1 gas pump and 20 on my gas pump and would not would not give us the rest of the gas so more or less, he stole from us because he made the mistake we had to pay for as customers. I would recommend nobody go to this.They have horrible gas anyways

My favorite megasaver is by far the winterset location there always freindly and helpfull shout out Paige and pat best employees there
