Never received item
Never received item. Company kept sending receipts showing delivery. When one looked at the tracking information, the shipping address didn't match. Item was delivered to AZ; I reside on FL. The names, street and state totally different. Merchant and I went back-and-forth for 2 weeks. I had to go to USPS and get confirmation that the 2 addresses were different--totally different states! If they cannot read, then maybe should be in a different job. Megamartify's response 7/3. Order placed 5/31. As we checked, your order has been fully refunded. Please kindly check your account. Sorry for the inconvenience. We will certainly urge our relevant departments to constantly improve. Hope to provide you with better service. Thank you for your understanding.
