Do not buy from a company that doesn't respond through email, text or by phone. How does this company even survive. Absolutely the worst in customer relations. Good luck

This is a case where a negative rating would apply. Absolutely horrible customer service with zero response to multiple emails and if you call you get voicemail. Never again

I ordered something with a lead time of a week. I received an email that it would take much longer. I contacted MegaDepot via voicemail, email, online form, and PayPal asking for details and then a refund, but nobody every responded. I have not received a refund or my items. Non-existent customer service!

Ce sont des voleurs. Ils ponctionnent votre compte mais vous n aurez jamais votre marchandise. J ai voulu acheter deux lave-linges. L argent a été prélevé par deux comptes différents et bien évidemment jamais je n ai reçu la marchandise.

Je mets 1 étoile pour pouvoir écrire mon avis. C'est une arnaque !!! J'ai commandé un sèche-linge qui n'est jamais arrivé. Il n'existe pas de téléphone pour les contacter juste une adresse mail qui reste sans réponse. Je vais porter plainte.

Après une commande en ligne, Plus de nouvelle, e-mail non délivré, ARNAQUE VOLEURS SITE FRAUDULEUX.

C'est un site d'escrocs. Ne commandez rien car vous ne recevrez jamais rien. Ce site a juste été créé pour prendre votre argent. Déjà signalé plusieurs fois sur signal arnaques.

I ordered from Megadepot. It took 8 weeks to find out that while the manufacturer was ready to ship, Megadepot HAD NOT paid them, so my order was on hold. These people are crooks.
