The customer need to be informed by email that if you don’t take the insurance that this company offer , one must downloaded the insurance information. I’ve rented cars for years and I never had to download insurance information. When I attempted to download my insurance information, it wasn’t coming up. I’m insured with AAA…. I was disappointed because the car reservation was for a certain time . I left the rental car establishment 1 1/2 later due to trying to download the insurance information . I inquired with the receptionist if the time for the rental car started when I received the keys. The lady told me that she couldn’t change the time in the computer. I was very disappointed with this company.
