VA constantly missed deadlines or did not respond at all. I escalated many of the issues to management and unfortunately it was never fully worked out. The VA is talented, but severely needs to work through time management concerns.

Do not like Basecamp. Takes too long to do editing. Dates for review not met, sometimes waiting days.

Grateful that this company existed. It gave me a job opportunity when I needed it. There is nothing special about this company but one of the disadvantages is that they are looking for high quality applicants but offering low salary. The company should revisit the core values again. It might have been forgotten.
