Hi Megan, We sincerely apologize that your package was delivered later than expected. We try to be as transparent as possible on our website that our shipping times are not guaranteed, and are only estimates. The shipping information comes straight from the USPS website, and once the package has shipped, delivery is out of our hands, unfortunately. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused, and we hope you have a great day. -Medzino Care Team

Hi Meka, I sincerely apologize you feel this way. The photo ID we received from you was incomplete, and we cannot prescribe a medication without verifying your identity first. We tried to email, and message you in your account, but were unable to reach you unfortunately, so the doctor had to decline your order. You will receive a full refund within 5-10 business days, and please reach out if you have any questions or concerns. I would be happy to help you. Again, we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. -Medzino Care Team

Hi Neakeeya, We sincerely apologize you feel that we are a scam. We have been in contact with you since your initial order, and the address was missing a street number when it was placed. We offered to send you a replacement, which was shipped yesterday, along with the new tracking information. We hope that you receive it soon. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. -Medzino Care Team
