Medieval Collectibles Customer Support is top tier. They really will work to make things right. Every time I've had an issue, there has always been a good reason for it and they've been friendly and fast in correcting it. I've been in Customer Support leadership for 10 years and I am very impressed with the team Amber, the Customer Support manager, has built. They will always have my business.

Worst ever!!! I bought exactly the same item from a european company without any problem. Suddenly custpm service says i need permit to import this, so far so good for medieval collectibles. But custom service says they will return the shipment to the sender, medieval collectibles says they dont take anu returns and dont give any refund. I will never recommend or buy any thing more to my pubs

I ordered one item, and I was charged twice. Now I have to chase after my money to get a refund.
