Classic bait and switch. Order one thing then they change the photo of what you order and ship items of lesser value and other than described. Beware!

This company charges an outrageous amount for shipping. The weight of my order was under two ounces, and the shipping was $9.99!! In addition, it took over a week to receive the product.

We regret that you are feeling this way. Unfortunately, due to continuously rising shipping rates from the carriers, we have had to implement a minimum flat shipping fee. We trust that you understand the necessity for this adjustment.
Delivery was quick but one of the Cavilon applicators would not work !
