I ordered similac sensitive the orange cap instead received similac pro sensitive the grey cap. Although I emailed and spoke to someone several times about this matter I now have 4 boxes of this unwanted formula. I'm still waiting for fed ex to pick up these boxes so I can get my money back asap. Living pay check to pay Check, im depending on this refund to purchase more formula from the supermarket .
