Second time incident were website timed out in processing my order at check out and had to call in next day to confirmed card security was not charged and then place an order. Time consuming and security concerns. ??

The company is wonderful to work with. Very efficient and they follow thru with what they say. My product was received promptly.

Packaging was completely destroyed, causing distrust of product quality and usability. They shipped testing strips (plastic tube in cardboard box) in a small bubble envelope, and the product was smashed in the shipping process. There was no way to tell if product was sealed. This should have been shipped in a standard shipping BOX, not an envelope. Unable to use product as a result.

Really fast shipping. Got it two days after ordering on regular shipping. Well packaged.

Only received 3 items out of 6. Packing slip said 6. Second time this has happened. Now I have to take the time to find out what happened to the other 3 items

Have used this company for several years primarily for ostomy supplies. Timely shipping at a reasonable rate. No errors in order. Inventory is excellent too
