Always easy to place my order online. On my last order I had a different item shipped to me than what I ordered even though packing slip showed the item I ordered. I contacted customer service and she pulled up my order and said they would reship that item. I had the item I ordered within just a couple of days. Customer service agent was very courteous and helpful. Will definitely recommend Medical Mega to family and friends.
