I ordered a Heat Wrap I never received the first one it showed delivered I have never heard back from the company. For a little while but then they did contact me look into it shipped out a new one I received it excellent customer service. Also the service won’t let me delete my previous review

I ordered two of the items pictured on their website and was sent different items with the same item #. I called Customer service who checked with the manufacturer. it turned out that the manufacturer had changed the item and Medical Mega had not updated their website photo for that item. The "new" item is not transparent which is a feature that is very important to me. It doesn't pay me to take the time and expense to ship them back. All I was offered was a refund of $6 - better than nothing.

Needed new strips for my husbands INR machine. The strips arrived quickly and we already checked blood with them twice. Expiration date is long enough to use the strips for an extended time. Definitely will be back for ordering more. Thank you.
