Scam business. Avoid avoid avoid.
Scam business with multiple online stores listed to the address. Business never sends items or responds to support messages. Had to seek chargeback from bank.

Good experience
I was a little bit iffy at first because this website had no reviews but they were selling a window AC $50 cheaper than what I could get elsewhere so I gave them a try. They say 3 business days to process a payment and then 7-15 business days to allow for shipping. The tracking number they provided didn't work, but I received my order May 19th, after placing my order May 15th. So they were much faster than promised and I did receive my window AC in perfect condition. I am very happy about my purchase I hope other people will have good experiences too.
