Medcare MSOReviews of medcaremso.com

I have trusted Medcare MSO with the billing for my NEMT company for over 2 years and the experience has been great. From the billing and claims team, to the account reps- everyone has been professional and extremely helpful. They have always worked through issues regarding claims and achieved outstanding results. Also they have a credentialing team that works on getting new contracts for your business. OUTSTANDING WORK TEAM MEDCARE MSO! Special appreciation: 1. Mario 2. Ambrose 3. David 4. Zarich 5. Lucas

Medcare MSO has been a great company to work with. They are extremely knowledgeable, billing and posting is always done in a timely manner and communication is outstanding! I would highly recommend using them, they are a great team to work with.

In a few words Medcare MSO saved my practice. They came to my rescue when I had to fire my prior biller and did not know where to turn. I found Medcare MSO by chance, going online and comparing different options, I interviewed several billing companies and they came on top for me. They are easy to work with, professional, present, responsive and give me a piece of mind. They provide weekly reports, respond promptly to emails, available for virtual meetings regularly if needed. Every month now I know how much I generate and have no gaps.

Medcare MSO has been a valuable partner for our five-physician internal medicine practice. Their RCM team is responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive with AR follow-up and claims management.

They are a scam. They send out spam and don't return phone calls. Also, the physical address they list isn't real and there are numerous other sketchy businesses associated with that same address.

Hard-working and delivers results!

I have been working in Medcare MSO for one year and it has been a great experience. The company provides a professional and supportive environment in which I feel positive and encouraged to grow and learn. I also appreciate the company's vision to help healthcare facilities with challenges in their AR and Billing operations and streamline their RCM process.

Professional work environment! Management is supportive. Great to be the part of the team. Perfect place to grow.
