A few months ago I ordered a Low profile jack from M.O. a few days past and I received no shipping info. So I called and I believe I spoke to Rudy, I called late Friday afternoon and he answered my call while he was heading home, he quickly took care of me and had his office call me back within 10 min. It was unfortunate that my my jack was discontinued by the maker but they recommended a slightly more expensive jack. My first thought was here we go their trying to get more money from me. But to my surprise they took care of me and quickly shipped my jack. Other websites wanted to charge me the difference in the price and told me that I would still have to wait for the jack to be back in stock. I feel Mechanic Outlet has a great business model that customers are first. I will be buying from them again.
