Ordered a mustang seat( they had the best price on internet). Mustang sent the wrong seat. JC responded to my email on Saturday, contacted mustang on Monday and I had the correct seat by Friday. Best customer service ever! Highly recommend!

Hello motorcycle friends, I live in Germany and have ordered an ultimate seat. Unfortunately the Ultimate Seat company sent me the wrong seat. I reported this error to Mean Cycles and received great service. The right seat from Miami arrived in Germany within just 8 days. Mean Cycles has the best customer service I have ever experienced.
