I actually used the MD Live on. New Year holiday. I awoke that morning with a swollen uvula. Had I pre-registered before calling, I’m sure it would not have taken nearly so much time. Still, the interviewer was courteous & patient as I answered her questions. Once that process was complete, she explained to me about transmitting a photo of the problem for the doctor to have available when they would call me. They had a heavy volume that morning. Still, I received voice reminders that my call was in line to be taken. Once I spoke to the doctor, I was able to discuss the issues with him freely & easily. They called in a Prescription to my regular pharmacy, as I requested. Once I found out that my pharmacy was closed that day, I simply called the back and they transferred to a pharmacy that I found was open. The experience saved me both time & inconvenience. I would had to get ready and then drive about 20 minutes to the closest “walk-in- clinic” location. I would recommend this service to anyone not having a major issue, but still wanting to address the problem without a lot of inconvenience.

It was the holidays and my dr was away. I was miserable. In minutes the very friendly dr dx-d me and sent a prescription to my pharmacy and now I’m feeling much better! Highly recommend!!

great experience. I was out of town without access to my doctor and MD Live was a great alternative.

Dec. 31st. I had been coughing for a week and a half, then I started running a temp. I’d used MDLIVE successfully several times before. I called at 4:30. I received texts asking if I wanted to continue to wait. It was over 2 & a half hours before the dr was able to call (which was ok). The Dr did call, we discussed my symptoms, and treatment options. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get the antibiotics that I hoped to get, but the Dr was spot-on in what he thought I needed (to be checked out in-person, which I did, the next day).
