Quick and easy to use. Doctors were great they listened and took care of my illness quick.

Great experience overall. Staff should call back at least once if call is not answered or dropped. This happened to me. My phone rang twice, I answered and was somehow disconnected. I immediately called back and had to start the triage/ intake process again. This is something that should be changed. Doctor was great and called my prescription in for me. I’ll take this over sitting in a crowded waiting room. Highly recommended.

Great doctor. Great service. Still had to wait more than an hour, which is okay. Will use my phone next time instead of computer so I don’t feel tethered.

This is the second time I've used this service and both times I have been extremely happy. The Doctors are very nice, they respond quickly and I am diagnosed with 30 minutes to an hour. If I had to get into my actual Doctors office, I would have to wait either days and sometimes weeks. It's horrible

Excellent service! The assistant on the phone line was very helpful with assisting me to set up my account. The physician was very nice. The prescription was sent immediately to the pharmacy. I would use MDLive again. I would recommend MDLive to others.
