The doctor that called was very polite asked questions I got down to exactly what I he needed to know it was very fast and efficient

On a late Friday evening with grandchildren staying over I discovered what looked like a shingles outbreak. I had only a few weeks prior learned about MDLive and out of desperation thought to give it a try. I could not believe how well it worked. A Dr connected with me via phone (it could have been video, my choice), I submitted a photo, he confirmed shingles, and called in a prescription to a 24 hr pharmacy. My husband was able to pick it up and instead of an all night trip to the ER, within a short time I could start treatment. Now short of a week later, it is well into the healing phase. I could not be happier with how I was helped every step along the way by a real person (my account had not yet been activated, so I needed help with that). This is a brilliant service.

I have had the MDLive service for 3 years now and I continue to be very happy. Super convenient, could schedule immediately and received an excellent service from the comfort of my home. The phone call covered all my needs, With all the physicians I was very well cared for. Very recommended. It is great, I Wouldn't change anything!

I had some trouble getting set up with MD live, but kept at it and succeeded. Had the phone session with a doctor and got some antibiotic set up. Getting better every day. This is a GREAT way to get to a doctor when out of the home district. I give it a 10 star rating!

I was highly impressed with my experience using MDLive. The app is simple to use. It immediately pulled up my insurance coverage. I was able to describe my symptoms and within minutes, a doctor called me to discuss my issues. He gave me good advice and prescribed Tamiflu to help me get through my illness. It saved me at least 2 hours of going to a doctor’s office. I highly recommend MDLive!

I loved it! I was able to get what I needed from my couch. I will definitely use MDLive again. I even told my daughter to get her profile set up.
