Quick and Professional Service. It was easy to upload pictures and talk to a doctor. All from my location without having to venture out or wait for hours at a walk in clinic. This is amazing, thank you!!

Easy, convenient, and a time saver. The provider was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. I will definitely use this service again.

It was a considerable amount of time to wait, but the convenience of being able to see the doctor without getting out around all of the germs of others was worth the wait. The quality of care and concern I received was great. Thankful for the opportunity to use this option that is available. Thank you so very much

Horrible service. They just said "Go see your PCP" and charged my insurance. This was after 3+ hours of waiting/

Said 3 hour waiting period, received two calls letting me know I was still in line. Received 2 text messages stating we are trying to connect with the next available provider, press 1 to continue waiting. Only have 10 minutes to respond or they will cancel. Well I received the 2nd text right after the first one to tell me the consultation was canceled. I didn’t even have a chance to respond to anything. Very disappointing. This business needs to get it together.... now because of all of this I had to go to the ER. And I better not be charged for the consultation that YOU CANCELED....

Wish I could leave one star. I have been trying to see them for over 24 hours. Always promised via text I’m next to see a dr. Well they never called. 12 am came and I stayed up waiting as the last text I got said I was was waiting on the next available doc. Well it’s 10am. I’ve spent 24 hours trying to get someone on the phone. Or to tell me when I will see the doctor I already paid for! I wouldn’t waste my time ever with them. You need to sit by your phone waiting for a text. Then you have 10 min exactly to reply or they cancel you. If you don’t answer your phone they cancel you. Apparently if they can’t see you that day you are forgotten. This is complete unacceptable considering there are people who NEEED this service considering the hospitals are overwhelmed. CLOSE DOWN IF YOU CANT HELP US. MAKING US WAIT A WHOLE DAY TO BE PUT TO THE BOTTOM OF THE LIST IS NOT HELPING AND ITS GREEDY TO SAY YOU CAN HELP WHEN YOU ARE ONLY EXASPERATING THE SITUATION. WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND. CALLING BB TOO. This place is a sham.

I was told 3 hours and it ended up being 6 1/2 hours when it finally got down to under 30 then it went back up to 3 hours. My poor baby had already fallen asleep and still no help. This is just awful. And customer service is a joke too.

Set up a call and the doctor blew me off. No word, no reason why. Then got a automated call asking if I wanted to re-schedule. Wait time is at least 3 hours. Tried calling customer service and have been on hold for an hour. This is the worst!
