So easy to get an appointment. The wait was less than trying to get a local appointment and sitting in a waiting room with all the other sick people. Doctors have been knowledgeable and kind.

The doctor on my last visit was really understanding and i felt that everything about him his mannerisms and his personality made him seem like a very concerned caring doctor.

I liked that they called back when they were very busy. He was kind and very helpful.i would call back and I do recommend them to anyone .

This was a phenomenal experience! I'm SO very grateful this was an option as I've recently moved and did not have a primary care doctor to call. With Covid and fever I knew there was no way someone would take me on and my only recourse would be the emergency room or urgent care. The teledoc experience was absolutely the BEST! Dr. Carter was excellent, I got medication for flu and fever and will remember this experience as one of the best.

MDLIVE was the first for me, and I was impressed. Covid 19, did cause a wait time for a response, however the Dr call the same day and took care of my needs. I did appreciate all that was done to help me to feel better. Thank you Ms. Reed
