The process was quick and easy. The physician was very professional, answered all my questions, and got me a prescription within a few minutes.

The psychiatrist was very nice, friendly, and down to earth. She was easily relatable and asked me a lot of questions to get to know me and my condition.

Would have given them 5 stars, but the registration process was a bit tedious. Only had to wait about 10 minutes for the doctor to call. He was fantastic - professional and friendly, easy to talk to. Much easier than a trip to the doctor. Will definitely use them in the future.

It was late at night, about 10pm PST. I found a lump on my neck. I did not want to wait until the morning to call my doctor in case the lump continued to get larger as I did not know what it was from. I hadn't used MDLive yet, but it was easy to set up and use. I would highly recommend it as it was nice to speak to a doctor via computer and he could actually see the lump on my neck and after asking a series of questions, he did make a good diagnosis. He prescribed an antibiotic and gave good instructions that if the lump persisted, I should go and see my PCP. It started to go down in a couple of days and had disappeared by the end of the week.

I've been working out of state and script refills expired. My primary left her medical group and no MD/PA/NP wanted to extend my scripts without seeing me in the office. I understand why. I keep good tabs on myself and take all of my prescribed meds and my current med regimen is working for me. I was able to refill my standing meds for my needs at this time. Two telemed appointments went well. Without it, I probably wouldn't have bee able to seek care. It's working for me so far, but I've only had two appointments. For my unique healthcare needs, I chose the monthly plan with unlimited telemed appointments. Remember, nothing replaces going in and getting seen. You have to use your best judgment.
