For a second time only in my life, I was pretty satisfied with the service and not having to physically go in the office and got Rx that has helped.

I used the application and they call me and I told them my problem and the Doctor was friendly and helped me out.

Quick appointment with a quick and accurate resolution. Much more convenient than going into an office especially during a pandemic.

Saved me a lot of time and discomfort. I called MDLive and minutes later I had a prescription waiting for me at my local pharmacy. I had shingles on my face and needed immediate attention, didn’t want to wait for an appointment or sit in an E.R. My only wish is that I had gotten a ten day prescription instead of a seven day. I’m not a doctor but I believe the symptoms would not have lingered as long as they did.

There were problems with the website and app and it wouldn’t let you connect via camera to see doctor and then see you.
