My first experience with MD LIVE. I had initial challenge with the system finding my local pharmacy. So I called the 800 number for assistance. The reps I spoke with were professional , efficient, helpful with big sense of urgency. In a matter of 5 minutes my registration was complete and the MD called me . She was professional , efficient, and managed my needs to my local pharmacy. Excellent system. Thanks ac

Terrible software... clueless customer service. I can’t believe Walgreens uses these guys. It’s like asking a child to keep the books of a Fortune 500. Actually had to use a chargeback! No record of my service or request when I called to ask what’s going on. They certainly didn’t forget to charge my credit card... apparently that’s not conformation enough for these guys. Lol. I feel bad for anyone who thinks this is actual competition to legitimate business if they ipo.

My S/O was wanting to schedule online counseling sessions, so we went on to the site to do that. The first question was "Why do you want to see a therapist?". My S/O types in "Counseling" and the autocomplete has multiple redundant options to choose from ("Sex Counseling", "Counseling - Sex", "General Care Advice", "General Counseling Care Advice"). So we just picked "Other" and went on. It was definitely foreshadowing for the rest of our experience. It then proceeded to ask every type of question under the rainbow. It wouldn't let us proceed with her medication type because they didn't have the mg listed in the autocomplete selections, it couldn't find our pharmacy (or any pharmacy in our area) and even had the search map halfway across the state from the zipcode we typed in. We had zero confidence that this site could actually do anything that went beyond an early 2000's website (since the UX was basically on par for 15+ years ago) and with all the frustrations, my S/O just exited out. Sorry I can't speak to anything else (billing, actual online call quality, etc.). Hopefully there is a better site out there for this type of thing that won't exasperate someone who's already dealing with anxiety and depression.

Called to talk to MD via Cigna, they took all my information and credit card, said the MD will call me back in 15-60 min. Never heard back and charged me $55 the next day
