This process was very easy and I had an appointment completed within 30 minutes. The provider was very nice and helpful.

I was hesitant to make an appointment but I’m glad I did. My doctor was extremely professional and I felt listened to. Very quick and efficient.

This was my first telehealth experience. +No tech issues to report - the doctor was easy to hear and the feed was good +Phone call and email reminders +Clinician was easy to communicate with - though, the process and experience seem a bit informal--likely due to meeting via teleconference. +Website easy to navigate, user-friendly +Time saved from having to commute +Flexible appointment dates/times: will vary according to specialty and available pool of physicians The software, however, reports the appointment time in EDT. I live in a CST and, incidentally, missed my first appointment. A banner on the client's appointment page or another clear indicator would have been especially helpful. I am glad I tried MDLIVE, will recommend, and use this service again in the future.
