The doctor was great. Listened, asked the right questions, and gave me a prescription. My eye is not better yet, but seems to be improving.

DO NOT use MDLIVE they will do nothing for you and charge you. The doctor also hung up on me. I am an experienced RN of 12 years and this was a horrible experience. DO NOT waste your money they will listen to you take your money and tell you to go to urgent care. I have white patches in the back of my throat, low grade fever have felt horrible for 2 weeks and he would not prescribe antibiotics. Just go to Urgent Care. UNACCEPTABLE!!! I repeat DO NOT waste your time or money just go to urgent care and avoid being charged twice. This service is a joke! Deleting it now!!

Great support and fast! I had an issue that required me to call in. The Representative was great! She actually helped update some of my expired data, which was awesome! She advised me to send in a picture of my ailment, and she assisted my by sending me a text with a link to easily upload my picture. The MDLIVE process, support staff, and doctors were amazing!!

It was great not going into the doctors office. It was quick and handled my problem. And the medicines I had to get were super inexpensive. That was nice! Thanks!

The doctor was extremely informative, guided me on step by step process for the medication to work and spent a good amount of time reviewing the causes of the symptom
