I began this journey on a referral. My sister knew the struggle I experienced and suggested this plan. Although I haven't lost weight as fast as I would like, I have to remind myself to be patient and trust the process. I am not as hungry and even though I still struggle with eating unhealthy snacks, I am more conscious of what I choose to eat. I've just begun to incorporate some exercise too.
