⭐ 1 Star — Extremely disappointing customer service I purchased a sight pusher from M*CARBO on September 4. At the time of purchase, I was told that the order would ship within a few days. When I still had not received any shipping information by the end of the following week, I contacted M*CARBO by email multiple times—approximately two or three times—to find out what was happening with my order. I received no response whatsoever. I eventually emailed them again and specifically requested that the order be canceled. Once again, I received no response. Because I could not get any response from the company regarding an order I had already paid for, I disputed the transaction with my credit card company. That dispute remains open because M*CARBO has apparently not responded to the credit card company’s inquiry either. Then, today, nearly a month after I placed the order, I suddenly received an email stating that the order had shipped. I understand that shipping delays can happen. What is most disappointing here is the complete lack of communication and customer service. I made multiple attempts to contact the company, including specifically asking to cancel the order, and received no response. Having an order ship almost a month after it was placed—after multiple unanswered emails and a cancellation request—is simply not the customer service experience I expected. Beyond disappointed with this experience. Based on what happened, I would be very hesitant to place another order with M*CARBO.

Extremely slow getting orders shipped out. They brag about how quick they ship but also mention “ We shoot for same day shipping but sh!t happens. Send us a text for an update. We won't leave you behind.” Just make you wait a week or two before handing over your package to a carrier.

I place an order with them and one day it shows as delivered but it's not in my mailbox. I emailed them and a few days later I got a response back that I need to file a claim with a postal service which is an immediate red flag that I have to do the leg work because their package never showed up. I'd go to file the claim and the post office tells me a claim cannot be filed because the package was not insured. I send them multiple emails advising them of this and asking for a new package or a refund and they ignore me for weeks. I got my money back from a credit card dispute. Absolute dirtbag behavior. No wonder why their reviews are garbage.

When I received my kit I watched the instructional video, but the spring would not install as shown. I noticed one leg was much shorter than the one in the video and the one pictured on the site. I contacted help and support. I was told the spring was an updated version and I needed to watch the video. When I replied that I had watched the video and the spring was too short to install they ghosted me. So much for customer service. Now I’m stuck with a spring that I can’t install. It won’t install because it is too short on one leg.

Purchased accessories for my PMR30 and had issues after installing them. These were supposed to improve performance but did not. I sent a note to their so-called "Help email" and NEVER got a reply. Once they have your money, they couldn't care less.
