Hi Tara, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughtful review and for giving My Best Practice a try. We’re genuinely glad to hear that the platform itself felt like a strong fit for you, even though the payment processing experience fell short. We completely understand how frustrating it is when closing a merchant account takes months, and we’re really sorry that this was your experience with PaySimple/WorldPay while using MBP. Even though those services are separate companies, they are part of the experience we’re responsible for curating, and in your case that experience was not good enough. Since your time with us, we’ve added an additional credit card processing partner and have been working hard behind the scenes to make payment processing smoother, more transparent, and more user friendly for clinicians. We’re actively refining how we pair customers with processors and using feedback like yours to guide those decisions so others don’t run into the same headaches. We truly appreciate that you saw MBP as “almost perfect” aside from payment, that means a lot to our team. If you ever decide to take another look at My Best Practice, we’d be happy to personally walk you through the current payment options and make sure you’re set up with something that aligns with your preferences from day one. Wishing you and your practice all the best Sincerely, The My Best Practice Team

Hi, We always appreciate constructive feedback and are thankful for your kind tone. We’re also glad to know you found our customer support to be helpful. Most importantly, we’re truly sorry you haven’t found the platform to be as user-friendly as we had hoped. We are highly motivated to improve the experience for all of our users and their clients, and we would greatly appreciate it if you could take a few minutes (we know it's an ask—your time is valuable!) to email our customer support team at [email protected]. Specifically, we’d love to better understand what aspects of writing notes you found strange, and if you're open to sharing, which EHR platforms you've used where the note-writing process felt more intuitive. Learning from your experience and from other models is something we're very open to. We were a bit surprised, as most of the feedback we receive highlights the platform’s simplicity, efficient workflow, and intuitive design. Since your experience was different, we genuinely want to understand why and improve. We weren’t able to find your name in our system to reach out directly, so we hope you see this and consider emailing us. Thank you again for the thoughtful feedback—and thank you in advance if you’re willing to share more. Updating the platform to meet our users’ needs so that everyone can confidently recommend us is one of our top priorities.
