I was supposed to receive a discount but there was an issue. I contacted someone from the GMAC team and she helped me in a very efficient and kindly way. Was finally able to receive the discount and register for the GMAT, so thank you again!

terrible, they can't even help in a weather emergency

Customer service is awful !! Avoid at all cost, they are unable to provide any help even when the error comes from them. 10 days and I still didn't get an answer depsite calling multiple times !! This is such bad service, I've never seen something as terrible as this

Horrible customer service. First of all, most of they have a very thick Indian accent, which can be very difficult to understand. Phone service takes forever. I called the Europian customer service, and they disconnected the call in the middle of the conversation after because it was closing time! I called the North American customer service, they put me on hold for 60 minutes, because the agent was waiting for her supervisor to help her and her supervisor was busy helping other candidates.
