I have a 2024 Mazda cx50 which I wanted to get a navigation card for. After two different cards were sent, I am sad to report neither worked. The company was helpful and worked with me but ultimately, they issued me a refund (which was taken care of in a timely manner).

The nav isn't working corretly . It keeps saying recalculating and trying to take me places where there isn't a road. How do I return? Thank you

Went to update the SD card they sent and it was flagged for fradulent activity. Maps were not updated either. Very frustrating. $80 for a useless SD card.

Mazda dealership wanted to charge me $425 and a $75 install fee plus tax for the same product for under $100. Took more time getting it out of the packaging than it took to install. Received the card in 3 business days. Website allowed to track my package. I would highly recommend the product, service and this company. Thank you
