At the time of purchase I wasn't sure if the SD card was going to fix the problem. I'm happy to say that the problem is resolved. The car dealer was saying I had to replace the entire unit. That would have been between $1200 to $1500. Thank you for having what I needed.

Didn’t work with my 2018 Mazda CX9 even with their survey. Apparently all CX9 models don’t work and their help was just repeating the same answers. Credit came fast though.
