This individual, who purchased an item two days ago, has already begun to insult us after we informed him that we are unable to process a refund. His claims are entirely baseless, as we are a Google Merchant Center and Apple-approved business with an iOS app available on the App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/maxpurecases/id6738140656 It’s disheartening to witness the lengths some individuals are willing to go to obtain refunds and free items. However, considering the substantial number of monthly orders, encountering a few “bad apples” is likely. To anyone reading this: Speaking negatively about others rarely leads to positive outcomes. While it might seem easier for businesses to issue refunds to buyers like these (who make up less than 0.01%), we believe it’s important to address the situation transparently and set an example. Additionally, it’s worth noting that many review platforms tend to remove a significant number of positive reviews—a challenge most business owners are all too familiar with.

On one side we have very nasty person who lies about everything he says and is blackmailing us with negative review to get the item for free. And on the other hand there’s us, a company that has an app published on App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/maxpurecases/id6738140656 Sometimes it is sad what people would do for 35$.

If you wish to be transparent, why not share the numerous insults you directed at me personally, along with your offensive remarks about my country and religion? PayPal quickly closed the case in our favor because it’s clear you’ve attempted similar tactics with other sellers in the past. Frankly, it’s shocking that you’re willing to go to such lengths over a $30 item. Your behavior is both dishonest and, to put it plainly, quite pathetic. The reality is that you mistakenly ordered the wrong size watch strap, and we have been out of stock for the Apple Watch Ultra size for some time. This is your error, not ours, and I will not cover the cost for your mistake. Feel free to post as many negative reviews as you’d like. You will not receive a refund under these circumstances.
