I have checked your email address, you have purchased a few days ago, you never contacted me to get support. If a software doesn't work just contact me at https://helpdesk.maxprog.com or https://forum.maxprog.com. It is weird that 4 different products are not working for you. By the way, we offer free demos so you can try a product before purchasing and a 30 days money-back guarantee if you change your mind after the purchase, https://refund.maxprog.com.

All our software is available as downloadable demos here: https://download.maxprog.com You purchase software once you are sure it works as you expect. I guess you did not try the demo however you can now get a refund during 30 days after the purchase.

I don't know what product you are talking about but if it is eMail Extractor, that software only supports XLS, DOC, RTF, TXT and PDF formats. If you try to process anything else, you may get junk.

Maybe you should contact the support at https://helpdesk.maxprog.com/ explain your problem , try to get a fix or a refund. Trustpilot is not to get help but to evaluate our service.

Sorry, what are you unable to use? We have a helpdesk here: https://helpdesk.maxprog.com and a live chat here: https://chat.maxprog.com that is available when our office is open. You should at least try to contact us to get started and make it work , whatever product you have problems with. It is free.

eMail Verifier only requires a computer and an internet connection with access to port 25. Then you only need to drag and drop your list in plain text format and start testing. If you have issues you just have to contact the support at [email protected]. As far as I know, you never contacted me despite support is free.

You should contact the support here: https://helpdesk.maxprog.com and ask them to check your settings, maybe you are not using the right DNS servers or maybe your internet service provider is blocking port 25.
