Hi Leah, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry for the frustration and confusion you experienced regarding pricing. There was a miscommunication in how the pricing was presented. To clarify, all tirzepatide plans are offered at a 3-month price of $585, and there is no price increase between refills or continuation periods at that rate. We understand how the message you received at the time of reorder may have been unclear, and we sincerely regret any misunderstanding this caused. We are actively working to ensure our pricing communication is more transparent and consistent so this does not happen again. We truly appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to clarify this. If you’d like, our team is happy to review your account with you directly and ensure everything is fully clear moving forward.

Hi Rick, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. While we’re glad to hear you made progress on your health journey, we regret that your interaction with our cancellation process caused frustration. To clarify, we do have a 30-day cancellation notice policy in place, which is outlined in our terms and conditions at the time of enrollment. This means that once a cancellation request is submitted, the membership remains active—and billable—for 30 days. We understand this can be frustrating if not expected, and we’re working to ensure this policy is communicated as clearly as possible upfront. We also apologize for the delay in communication. That’s not the level of service we strive to provide, and we’re actively working on improving our response times. Your experience matters to us, and we would love the opportunity to speak with you directly to address any unresolved concerns. Please feel free to reach out to our support team again so we can assist you further. — The MaxLife Team
