We love MaxEmail's fax service. It is great to not have a fax machine taking up space or have to purchase special paper!

Very good communication during transition from customer service agent. Slow to finalize from old carrier to new. Said it was due to the company that they work with to port numbers over. . Went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. So far, very smooth and I'm receiving my faxes and able to send with no issues.
