***SCAMMERS*** !!!! Gave permission for 50p payment to help find lost phone. Not found of course. Not helpful. Thought only 50p so no drama. Then charged £34.50 twice. Bank taking up complaint and I will report to Trading Standards for complete lack of transparency!

This is a scamer company just used for the first service that was £0.50 and didn't work at all and after two days they took me £34.50 without my authorisation I tried contact them but it was impossible as show up is a scamer, I reported to my bank as fraud and the bank will refund me

Scam. Don't actually provide a search service at all, just take 50p - which is what they say they will take immediately. Then days later, they take £34.50. For absolutely no service.
