Any questions I had, Ashley from Mawoo was more than obliging, very patient, and made sure that all my needs and concerns were addressed. She also made it possible for me to meet the breeder thru video chat before doing final purchasing of my furry friend. This experience was one of the best ever. I absolutely love my little Lucy, she’s better than I could ever ask for. The only thing I would recommend is asking to video meet with the breeder and your future furry friend before any money changes hands. I was told by Ashley that my Yorkie would be teacup, so I put a down payment on her, but by the time I put down a down payment and got to meet the breeder and Lucy thru video, the breeder told me she was NOT considered teacup…and a few months later, my Yorkie is 6 lbs… Wouldn’t trade her for anything, she’s perfect. Just recommend you meet your furry and find out if it’s exactly what you’re looking for before any transaction happens

I was terrified that this was a scam, however, they proved themselves every single step of the way. Very helpful, caring, and knowledgeable staff! The breeder flew with my puppy then Ubered with her for 2 hours to my apartment. I have photos of my entire process from start to finish & am happy to show you my pup, this was awesome!

Theo has sweet temperament and is a delight to everyone he meets. The breeder described him as a “happy little guy” and this is absolutely true. He is the “mayor” of our neighborhood pets and humans. Theo is very intelligent and utilizes talk buttons to communicate. He seldom barks and does not appear to have much anxiety. I take him on the train to puppy daycare and he is quiet as a mouse. He will also quietly chew his bone at dog friendly pubs and restaurants 😊 Very grateful to Mawoo for helping me find the right companion.

I can't say enough good things about my experience. I was very skeptical in the beginning because I had recently been scammed by another company. I saw my perfect fur baby (yorkie)on mawoo and decided to take the chance again, and boy am I glad I did. She is a perfect little angel. Rhea assisted me in getting a deposit on her and kept me informed of the process every step of the way. It went so smoothly she arranged everything from the flight and nanny to getting my baby to me. Within a week I had my new fur baby in my arms and couldn't be happier. If you are looking to add a new member to your family I definitely recommend having rhea with mawoo assist you

Very good service with my puppy

Breeder basically pulled up handed the puppy to my wife left.took the puppy to the vet 3 days later.found out puppy had a bad uti. Costs us 600 dollors.been compensated 100. Breeder won.t answer us back .before the Breeder delivered the puppy she was so nice. After we got the puppy she stopped answering our texts.be careful mawoo don.t really check the breeders they justs make a percentage of sales.puppy is loved and is a princess.
