Great customer service and quick response. Additionally the items showed up quickly.

My order was delayed without any news!

Although there was a longer than expected delay for the part due to the supplier, the customer service provided by Cristina B. was excellent--she kept me informed on the progress. Also, Jorge researched data regarding the part to make sure it was exactly what I needed; he was very responsive.

We are full-time cruisers and therefore do not have a fixed address to have things shipped. Ronald from Mauripro provided excellent service to find a solution when first USPS shipment never arrived and was returned to them. The only downside from my perspective is the difficulty to reach them by phone, maybe I am old-fashioned but I prefer to problem solve by phone instead of chat, but I must admit that communication by chat and email worked surprisingly well.
