Overall pretty solid. Got here a little quicker than originally expected. The fine details of the carpet I ordered were a little rough. You can tell someone didnt take their time to make some of the trims. But overall a good product and brought life back to my boat.

Amazing service

Easy to use website. Found the exact mat template with dimensions for my recently purchased 20 year old boat. Great choice of colors and asked for sample swatches (free) to see how would look next to seat cushions. Promptly sent. Customer service actually fairly easy to reach REAL ALIVE PERSON who was delightfull. Accommodated my shipping needs and when shipped on a Monday arrived across US on Thursday. Reason for 4 star instead of 5 is hopefully get attention of decision makers. I have to install the Snaps (to insure correct placement). Snaps are included, however I had to purchase a tool with correct die to crimp to install snaps. It would have been beneficial to have correct tool included or offered.

Sent in template. Carpet was close, however missed a hole, one hole was not in correct spot, and a place where the carpet was supposed to be split to allow for the floor compartment door to open was not done. Carpet looks great, and backing is better than original black. Bought a tool to install the snaps, and worth every penny.

Everything was great with the entire transaction and the product was excellent. The only negative was the time to receive was a little longer than expected.

Customer service on the order was fantastic. Andrea is a gem. The mats fit perfectly and snap installations not a big deal. I was a little dismayed that I was promised delivery much earlier than they actually arrived and especially by the lack of communication that they were going to be delayed,
