great product and delivered quickly. Need to take care when opening the polycarbonate matt which is rolled up. This matt is very supportive, does not give way with office chair moving arround on it. Spikes underneath could be longer as it tends to move a bit on a medium pile carpet.

The grippers are designed to a specific length to keep the mat in place without causing damage to carpets. If they are any longer, over the time there is the risk of damage to both your carpet and potentially your subfloor. I’ve used this store a couple of times now and have had a quick service both times and the mats turn up in good condition.
